Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a radical-curable adhesive, which is an adhesive composition capable of maintaining sufficient adhesion reliability even under conditions at a lower temperature for a shorter period of compared to the prior art. Accordingly, the present invention relates to the adhesive composition containing (a) a thermoplastic resin, (b) a radical polymerizable compound, (c) a radical polymerization initiator, and (d) a thiol compound having at least six thiol groups in the molecule.
