To provide an adhesive film having an adhesive layer formed from a composition that has superior coatability and curability.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an adhesive film having an adhesive layer formed from a composition that contains: a curable resin having intramolecularly a crosslinkable silyl group, in which a silicon atom is combined with a carbon atom, and the carbon atom is further combined with a heteroatom with a lone pair of electrons; and a curing catalyst.
