To provide an adhesive film capable of maintaining excellent transparency for a long period of time even when EVA having a high content of a vinyl acetate component is used.
The adhesive film includes: 100 pts.wt of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 28 to 45 wt.% content of a vinyl acetate component; 0.01 to 5 pts.wt of a crosslinking agent; and 0.01 to 2 pts.wt of a hindered amine-based light stabilizer expressed by general formula (1). In the formula, R1 and R2 may be the same or different from each other and represent a 1-17C alkyl group, a 5-10C cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group or a 7-15C phenylalkyl group; R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 may be the same or different from one another and represent a 1-4C alkyl group; R11 represents a group expressed by -O-CO-R12-CO-O- or -O-CO-O-; and R12 represents a 1-12C alkylene group.
