Title:
ADHESIVE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3870995
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film which does not cause a peeling trouble between its adhesive layer and its base material layer and has a high initial adhesive strength, a small deterioration with age on the adhesive strength, an excellent water resistance, a lower blocking strength and an excellent operability by forming the base material layer with one or more layers and blending an adhesive component and an ethylene/polar-vinyl copolymer for the adhesive layer.
SOLUTION: As the constituting components for the base material layer, materials having a (co)polymer of α-olefins or a copolymer of an α-olefin and various vinyl compounds as the main component are mentioned for example. When the base material layer consists of more than one layer, the layer next to the adhesive layer preferably contains a polymer containing a 2-12C α-olefin as the main material (the content is 50-100%). The thickness of the base material layer is 10-200 μm. The polar-vinyl copolymer content in the adhesive layer is 0.5-30 wt.%. The adhesive component preferably comprises 10-85 mol.% of propylene, 3-60 mol.% of 1-butene and 10-85 mol.% of a 5-12C α-olefin.
