Abstract:
To provide an adhesive for fixing abrasive member excellent in adhesion to an abrasive member and a polishing machine, and excellent in not only the heat resistance but also drug resistance and an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by an adhesive for fixing a polishing member comprising an acrylic polymer, a curing agent, and a tackifier resin, in which the acrylic polymer is a copolymer of monomer mixtures containing monomers (a-1) to (a-4); the monomer (a-1) is 63 to 90 mass%, the monomer (a-2) is 3 to 30 mass%, the monomer (a-3) is 2 to 6 mass%, and the monomer (a-4) is 0.3 to 1 mass% relative to 100 mass% of the monomer mixture, the weight average molecular weight of the acrylic polymer is between 1.1 million to 2.3 million, and the curing agent comprises at least one of isocyanate and epoxy compounds, and the pressure-sensitive resin has a softening temperature of 125°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
