Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive interlining and a manufacturing method of the adhesive interlining which can suppress glitter and seepage.SOLUTION: In an adhesive interlining 1, adhesive resin parts 4 are formed on a surface 3a of a base fabric 3. The adhesive resin part 4 comprises: a base resin part 5 including a predetermined base resin; and heat expansion micro-capsules 6 added to the base resin part 5. Thus, in the adhesive interlining 1, by applying pressure and heat in a state of overlapping a surface fabric 2 and the adhesive interlining 1, the base resin and the thermal expansion micro-capsules 6 themselves enter an adhesive surface 2a of the surface fabric 2 and exert an anchor effect by the foaming of the thermal expansion micro-capsules 6. The adhesive interlining 1 can thus be adhered to the surface fabric 2 or the like without using a hot-melt type adhesive resin. Thereby, it becomes possible to suppress glitter and seepage of the adhesive resin due to the hot-melt type adhesive resin.
