To provide an adhesive for lamination that is a urethane-based adhesive for metallic foil and is excellent in the resistance to a content (especially to acid), and whose adhesive property does not deteriorate with the passage of time, and to provide a layered product of a laminated film using the same.

The adhesive for lamination comprises a main agents composition (A) comprised of a polyurethane resin (A1), an epoxy resin (A2), a coupling agent (A3), and an amine compound (A4) and a curing agents composition (B) comprised of a polyisocyanate (B1) and an oxyacid of phosphorus or its derivatives (B2). The layered product of a laminated film is formed by using the adhesive for lamination. Combining of a dehydrating agent (B3) to the curing agent suppresses increase in viscosity of the curing agent in due course of time.
