Title:
ADHESIVE PAD AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3460051
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive pad scarcely poisoning a person (woman), capable of holding an adhesive force for a constant period, even when washed with water, and capable of being repeatedly used by forming from a silicone rubber the main body of the adhesive pad to be adhered to the person and used and subsequently integrally laminating a silicone gel adhesive layer to the adhesive surface of the main body.
SOLUTION: This adhesive pad 1 to be adhered to a person (woman) and used is obtained by forming the pad main body 2 from a silicone rubber and subsequently integrally laminating a silicone gel adhesive layer 3 to the adhesive surface of the pad main body. Concretely, the adhesive pad 1 is obtained by forming the main body 2 in the cup shape of a breast top cover and subsequently disposing an adhesive layer 3 on the depressed surface side of the cup. The thickness of the main body 2 is preferably 0.2-0.6 mm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer 3 is also preferably 1.5-2.5 mm. The product is obtained by molding an unvulcanized silicone rubber, thermally semi-vulcanizing the molded product, forming a silicone gel layer on the adhesive surface of the silicone rubber molded product and subsequently vulcanizing and curing the silicone gel and the silicone rubber.
