This adhesive padding fabric for water-repellent-finished fabrics is obtained by scatteringly coating, using a hot-melt coater or the like, a base fabric such as a woven or nonwoven fabric of polyester, nylon or acrylic fibers with an adhesive based on at least one resin selected from those of polyester, polyurethane and polyamide and having a melting point of 50-80°C and weight- average molecular weight of ≥50,000, pref. ≥100,000.
