To provide a battery, capable of imparting moisture in a battery system while satisfying adhesive property and a pressure sensitive adhesive characteristic and superior in characteristics and reliability without exerting adverse effects on a battery characteristic by imparting moisture by an adhesive or a pressure sensitive adhesive or a pressure sensitive adhesive tape sheet.
An adhesive or a pressure sensitive adhesive is desirably an acrylic system, resin having a carboxyl group and/or a hydroxyl group is blended, and a base material of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape sheet is a resin film having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group. A constituting material, used for the adhesive or the pressure sensitive adhesive for a battery, can impart moisture when used in a battery system, and for example, a material by cross- linking a copolymer of an acrylic main monomer such as butyl acrylate and a functional group, including monomer such as an acrylic acid by a cross-linking agent can be cited. Moisture imparting possibility of the adhesive or a pressure sensitive adhesive tape for the battery and the formation of fluoride or oxyfluoride are evaluated by moisture content and by electrolyte coloring test.
