Abstract:
To provide an adhesive resin composition excellent in oil resistance, which has high adhesive strength to a styrene-based resin layer and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer without using a tackifier.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive resin composition which comprises: a modified polyester-based elastomer (A) obtained by modifying a saturated polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer having a content percentage of a polyalkylene ether glycol segment of 58 to 73 mass% with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative in the presence of a radical generating agent; and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having a vinyl acetate content of 15 to 50 mass%, wherein the ratio of the modified polyester-based elastomer (A) is 25 to 65 mass% and the ratio of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B) is 35 to 75 mass% based on 100 mass% of the modified polyester-based elastomer (A) and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
