Abstract:
To provide an adhesive resin composition which has a sufficiently high interlayer adhesive strength to a biodegradable resin layer such as an aliphatic polyester-based resin, an aliphatic oxycarboxylic acid-based resin and an aromatic-aliphatic copolymer copolyester-based resin and a polyvinyl-alcohol-based resin layer and stably exhibits adhesive strength.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive resin composition comprising a modified polyester-based resin (A) obtained by graft modification of an aromatic aliphatic copolymer polyester-based resin (a) having an aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol unit, an aliphatic and/or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid unit and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative, wherein the modified polyester-based resin (A) has an acid value of 40 equivalent/ton or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
