Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition and an adhesive material which are excellent in adhesiveness to a glass plate or adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive resin composition which comprises: a condensation resin having a structural unit obtained by condensation polymerization of a polymerizable monomer group including at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of a monomer (A) having at least two carboxyl groups, an anhydride of the monomer (A), an esterified product of the monomer (A) and an acid halide of the monomer (A) and a monomer (B) having at least two amino groups; and a resin other than a resin having a polyoxyalkane diyl group, where the condensation resin has a polyoxyalkane diyl group.
