To provide an adhesive sealing material composition exhibiting excellent watertightness and excellent in a releasing property, and also provide a sealing method using the composition.
The objective adhesive sealing material composition comprises (A) a component A comprising at least one copolymer selected from the group consisting of hydrogenated styrene/butadiene copolymers, hydrogenated styrene/ isoprene copolymers and modified products thereof, (B) a component B comprising at least one tackifier selected from the group consisting of petroleum resins, terpene resins, rosin resins, coumarone/indene resins, hydrogenated products thereof and modified products thereof and (C) a component C comprising a hydrocarbon-based plasticizer, the mixing ratio thereof being such that the components B and C are compounded in an amount of 20-60 pts.wt. and 150-400 pts.wt., respectively, based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A and that the content of the component A in the resultant adhesive sealing material composition is 10-40 wt.%.
