Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adhesive sheet that exhibits both step followability and processability. The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer in which an adhesive composition is in a semi-cured state. The adhesive composition contains a (meth)acrylic-based copolymer and a hydrogen abstraction type photopolymerization initiator. The content of a thermosetting type crosslinking agent in the adhesive composition is 0.1 mass% or less. The content of a polyfunctional monomer in the adhesive composition is 0.1 mass% or less. If the tensile modulus of elasticity of the adhesive layer is denoted by P and the tensile modulus of elasticity after completely curing the adhesive layer is denoted by Q, the value of Q/P is less than 3.0.
