This adhesive sheet includes a base sheet and the adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the base sheet and containing self-adhesive. On the surface of the adhesive layer opposite to the base sheet, a plurality of recessed grooves are formed. In that case, the plurality of recessed grooves are formed (1) to open at the end edge part of the base sheet, (2) not to communicate with each other, and (3) to have angles of >0° to less than 90° to the flow direction of the base sheet for at least a part of the plurality of recessed grooves.
