Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive sheet with which a disposable body warmer having a sealed configuration such that the thickness of the peripheral wall of the body warmer is decreased, and having excellent adhesion and fixation to an underwear or the like, can be efficiently manufactured.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet is composed of a base sheet 1 and a separator 3 applied over a one side surface of the base sheet 1 through the intermediary of an adhesive layer 2 having high adhesive force parts 21 and low adhesive force parts 22, the high adhesive force parts 21 being arranged in a stripe-like or grid-like patterns. Further, an adhesive type disposable body warmer is composed of the adhesive sheet having end parts where the high adhesive force parts are formed, and a bag formed of an air- permeable base material and storing therein an air-permeable heat-generating compound. With this arrangement, the body warmer is firmly attached and fixed by means of the high adhesive force parts at the ends of the body warmer so as to prevent the body warmer from peeling off from one end thereof, and so forth. Further, it is possible to prevent a high strength adhesive from being used, in order to avoid damaging a wear or the like when peeling off the body warmer. Further, the body warmer can be efficiently formed in a heat-seal manner.
