There is provided an adhesive resin composition which is modified by a process of melt-kneading in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based resin, (B) polar group-containing vinyl monomers and (C) aromatic vinyl monomers, and is compound with (D) a tackifier to 100 pts.wt. of the modified polyolefin resin, wherein the content of the polar group-containing vinyl monomers is 0.1-5 wt.% based on 100 pts.wt. of the modified polyolefin resin.
