PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape attaching plate capable of attaching the adhesive surface of a single-sided adhesive tape outward and used for removing dust etc., attached to a fabric product.SOLUTION: An adhesive tape attaching plate includes: tape through openings (2) provided at the front end and the rear end of a square flat plate (1) slightly wider than an adhesive tape; attachments (4) provided adjacent to the tape through openings through arms (3); a cutter (5) for cutting the adhesive tape at the rear end of the flat plate (1); and a cutter cover (6) capable of covering the cutter.
