Abstract:
To provide an adhesive tape roll which is to be excellently cut with hands and does not cause a rail drawing phenomenon, and its manufacturing device.
An adhesive tape 2 is provided with a cut line 4 roughly at every circumference, a cutting guide member 4 stronger than the adhesive tape 2 is provided along the cut line 4, and the cutting of the adhesive tape 2 is guided by the cutting guide member 5 further while reinforcing the cut line 4 by the cutting guide member 5.
