Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adiabatic heat insulation structure capable of exhibiting sufficient adiabatic heat insulation performance in a smaller space than before.SOLUTION: An adiabatic heat insulation structure comprises a heating body and an adiabatic heat insulation member covering the periphery of the heating body. The adiabatic heat insulation member includes: a heat accumulation layer comprising inorganic fiber, and heat accumulation material in which a heat accumulation substance is sealed in a capsule; and an adiabatic layer comprising the inorganic fiber. The adiabatic heat insulation member has a shape substantially following an outer peripheral shape of the heating body but slightly larger than the shape of the heating body; and covers the periphery of the heating body so that the heat accumulation layer is on the heating body side and a space is provided between the heating body and the heat accumulation layer. Further, the adiabatic heat insulation member includes a weir projecting from the surface of the heat accumulation layer toward the heating body, and comprising a straight part and/or curve part having a predetermined width. The space provided between the heating body and the heat accumulation layer is partitioned by the weir.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
