Abstract:
PURPOSE: To promote the occurrence of a clear-cut click by making the width of a spring plate parallelly installed in a control lever larger than the groove width of a slide plate, the height of a projection to be less than the groove depth, and the slide direction width of a projection base to be less than the groove width, and forming an incline in the projection or groove wall.
CONSTITUTION: A projection 10 is formed in one side of a plate spring 9 to be attached to a control level 8, and a groove 7 is formed in a slide surface 6 of a slide plate 5 to be opposed this projection 10. A groove wall 7a of this groove 7 is perpendicular, while the plate spring 9 has its width larger than the groove width, and height of the projection 10 should be set to be less than depth of the groove 7, while a surface of the projection 10 in the slide direction is formed on an incline 10A contacting aslant with the groove 7, and width in the slide direction of a projection base should be set to be equal to the groove width or smaller otherwise. Accordingly, a click is surely produced there, so that operating force is made smaller to some extent and the control lever 8 is thus smoothly operable.
