Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the influence of delay time and to display data corresponding to the controlled variable of a control object by calculating predicted sampling data to be predicted after they are fetched and displaying them as sampling data at the point of time when a fixed time is backed. SOLUTION: A temperature adjuster takes in data from a temperature sensor at a prescribed sampling period and interpolates them from sampling data for more than three times in the past by containing data which are taken in whenever data are taken in. When input S3 from the temperature sensor is taken in at time t1, for example, a sine interpolation processing is executed from inputs S1-S3 for three times in the part by containing the input S3 and predicted sampling data S4 predicted to be taken in after delay time DT passes from time t1 is calculated and they are displayed as a sampling data S at the time backed by delay time DT, namely, time t1.
