An adjusting device for a rubber cylinder held in double- eccentric bearing rings cooperated with a plate cylinder and an impression cylinder having stationary axes 4, 5 of a printing unit of an offset printing machine is constituted to adjust a printing gap to a change of a thickness of the material. The gap is adjusted by moving the cylinder along adjusting steps 15, 15' having adjusting steps according to an arc of a circle 16 concentric with the cylinder. In this case, parameters of the bearing disposition constitution and transmission means of adjusting are defined such that adjusting steps 15, 15' are passed while inner and outer races of the bearing disposition constitution rotate continuously.
