Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the image sensor position adjustment device in which the position of an image sensor is unchanged at position adjustment of an adjustment mount plate with the image sensor mounted thereto and at its fixing state, the effect of a deflection by a tightening force is not much given onto the image sensor when the base of the adjustment mount plate with the image sensor mounted thereon is fixed to the equipment base by a fixing means and the turning of other adjustment cam is regulated when the one adjustment cam of the two adjustment cams used to adjust the fixing position of the adjustment mount plate with the image sensor mounted thereon is turned.
CONSTITUTION: A base of an adjustment mount plate 74 with an image sensor 27 mounted thereon is provided with a part extended to both left and right sides with respect to an image sensor mount section. Furthermore, a fixed part of the adjustment mount plate formed to the base of the adjustment mount plate with the image sensor mounted thereon is provided on an extension line of a light receiving face of the image sensor. Moreover, a regulation means regulating individually two adjustment cams 77, 78 used to adjust the fixing position of the adjustment mount plate with the image sensor mounted thereon is provided.
