Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily correct the axial misalignment of an anchor by stacking two plates, each having upper and reverse side not in parallel to each other, and relatively rotating both plates for adjusting an angle formed between upper and lower sides.
CONSTITUTION: Two plates 10 and 10 (10a and 10b) having upper and reverse sides formed without parallelism and center holes 11 and 11 through both sides are stacked on top of each other. Then, a projection 13 is formed on one side of one plate 10b and coupled to a recess 12 on one side of the other plate 10a. When the head of an anchor tendon is anchored, a washer so made is used and both plates 10 and 10 (10a and 10b) are relatively rotated, thereby adjusting an angle formed between the upper and lower sides of the washer. According to this construction, even when an anchor is not orthogonal with a plane for the projection thereof, an anchor fixing plane orthogonal with the anchor can be formed easily and accurately by using the washer.
