The administration control system controls how the drug is administered to each subject 4 participating in clinical trials at a medical institution 3 while the clinical trials proceed. A server computer 11 includes a schedule storage means for storing the scheduled time of administration for each subject; a report completion determining means for determining, for each subject, if a report indicating the completion of the administration is received from the terminal processor 41 of each subject 4 at a predetermined time after the scheduled time of administration has passed; and an alarm means for transmitting an alarm message to the terminal processor 41 of each subject 4 if the report is not yet received.
