Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly dose medicines to the right and left nasal cavities of a patient and to enhance administration efficiency by well mixing the medicines in a capsule and air within an administrator for the nasal cavities.
CONSTITUTION: A capsule holder 2 is provided with a capsule housing hole 5 and a supply valve 9. The capsule holder 2 is provided with a pump part 11 having a suction valve 12 on its air inflow side and is provided with a medicines spraying part 15 having two medicine flow passages 20, 20 branched from the capsule housing hole 5 and spraying ports 21, 21 on its outflow side. A boring means 26 is built in the medicine spraying part 15. The capsule housing hole 5 is provided with a diffusion chamber 22 formed on the downstream side thereof and the air and medicines from the capsule are well mixed by the diffusion chamber 22. The mixture is dosed into the patient's right and left nasal cavities at a uniform mixing degree from the respective spraying ports 21.
