Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title admixture capable of reducing dust generation, suspended dust and backsplash when spraying on the concrete, having no influence on the physical properties of the concrete, containing a water-soluble cellulose ether with specified viscosity and a defoaming agent.

CONSTITUTION: The objective admixture for concrete containing (A) a water-soluble cellulose ether [5000-50000 (pref. 10000-30000) (2% aqueous solution at 25°C)] and (B) a defoaming agent (e.g. tributyl phosphate).
