Abstract:
To provide an admixture for a hydraulic composition which can be added to the hydraulic composition to inhibit setting retardation and suppress variation in a flow property retention capacity which occurs according to the kind or quality of a hydraulic powder such as cement.
The admixture for the hydraulic composition contains (A) a polymer or its salt obtained by graft polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid to a polyalkylene oxide and (B) a polycarboxylic acid copolymer which has a side chain containing a structural unit derived from an alkylene oxide and a main chain containing a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid.
