Abstract:
To provide an adsorbent that adsorbs aromatic hydrocarbons with high efficiency.
An adsorbent comprises particles containing one or both of polysulfone-based polymer and polystyrene-based polymer. The adsorbent has voids leading to the center from the surface of the particle, wherein the void ratio of the particle is 30 to 70 Vol%, while the diameter of the void on the surface of the particle is 1 to 50 μm, and the volume average particle diameter of the particles is 0.5 to 5.0 mm.
