A protective case 11b which alleviates external physical force applied to an odor adsorbing material 11a having honeycomb structure is formed on the surface of the material 11a, and a sealant 11d is applied on the outer surface of the case 11b to improve the sealability of the material 11a and to protect the material 11a from external physical force.
