Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorber for a refrigerator that secures the adsorption ability of a coolant by arranging an increased number of adsorbents and also allows the coolant to be quickly detached from the adsorbent.SOLUTION: An adsorber for a refrigerator comprises a first heat exchanger as an evaporation heat exchange member, and a second heat exchanger 12A as an adsorption heat exchange member. A heat conduction member 127 is provided so that its one end contacts an external surface 126 of the second heat exchanger, and while contacting an adsorbent 124, the other end goes in a direction in which the adsorbent extends, the heat conduction member having a heat conductivity higher than that of the adsorbent. Heat is transmitted efficiently to even an adsorbent not in direct contact with the heat exchanger through the heat conduction member, and the coolant can be detached from the adsorbent quickly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
