Abstract:
To provide a portable adsorption type opening or closing tool in which the opening segment of a vinyl bag can be easily opened or the slit of a transparent film such as wrap can be found when the opening segment of the vinyl bag prepared at a supermarket or when the opening segment of a shopping bag distributed at a cashier register and the like is hardly opened or when a slit of a transparent film such as a wrap and the like is not found.
A column (2) is formed by an adhering rubber (1) and the column (2) is arranged at a rotary cylinder (4) having a lid (3).
