To provide a system with favorable efficiency as a whole in regard to a desiccant air-conditioning system by coupling it to an adsorption type refrigerating machine and sufficiently utilizing a redundant dehumidification capacity of particles.
Desiccant particles adsorbing moisture in air flowing through an air supply duct 1 and carrying out dehumidification are dropped into a duct from a particle supply part provided in a duct upper part. Particles having adsorbed the moisture in the air but still having large dehumidification reserve capacity are abstracted from a duct lower part and led into an evaporation chamber of the adsorption type refrigerating machine 2, and they adsorb vapor of the evaporation chamber to produce cooling water of a lower temperature than a room temperature. The produced cooling water is led to a dehumidification part, a heat exchanger cooling the particles after regeneration, air after dehumidification, and the like to cool each, and it is returned to an adsorption refrigerating machine side again for circulation. By this, a cooling capacity is improved, and by cooling the dehumidification part, isothermal dehumidification is made, and efficiency is improved.
