To reduce thermal loss in accompany with switching of heat mediums in an adsorption type refrigeration machine in which the heat mediums of different temperatures are switched and supplied.SOLUTION: An adsorption type refrigeration machine includes first and second evaporation condensation portions 13, 23 to which a heat medium for condensation or a heat medium for evaporation is supplied, evaporation/condensation supply portions 81, 83 for supplying the heat mediums to the first and second evaporation condensation portions 13, 23, and evaporation/condensation switching portions 74-77 for switching flow channels of the heat mediums supplied to the first and second evaporation condensation portions 13, 23. The heat medium for condensation and the heat medium for evaporation have different temperatures. The evaporation/condensation switching portions 74-77 can switch a first operation state in which the heat medium for condensation is supplied to the first evaporation condensation portion 13, and the heat medium for evaporation is supplied to the second evaporation condensation portion 23, and a second operation state in which the heat medium for evaporation is supplied to the first evaporation condensation portion 13, and the heat medium for condensation is supplied to the second evaporation condensation portion 23, and the evaporation/condensation supply portions 81, 83 adjust supply amounts of the heat mediums at least at a part of a switching period of the operation states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
