The slave user captures a QR code attached to the name card-shaped card with advertisements at the terminal, and performs access to a predetermined site, a member(master user) who has distributed it is specified from ID unique to the card included in the QR code. Then, when a store identification code and the contact destination information of the slave user are transmitted from the terminal, the terminal is made to display an electronic coupon corresponding to privilege information attached to the card under such conditions that temporary member registration is approved. The user shows the electronic coupon, and acquires predetermined privileges.
