PURPOSE: To reduce a construction cost, maintenance cost and electric power consumption by irradiating a synthetic resin sunshade, which is formed by diffusing the phosphor or crystalline phosphor of an inorg. material on or into a light transparent advertising body, with UV rays to cause the light transparent advertising body to emit fluorescent light.
CONSTITUTION: The UV rays generated by a UV generator are cast to the phosphor of the inorg. material, such as rare earths or the crystalline phosphor of a sulfide system, such as selenide or an oxygen acid system, such as silicate to cause the phosphor to emit light and to put the phosphor as a luminous material into a light transparent body, such as light transparent plate. The phosphor is otherwise scattered on the surface of the light transparent body in order to position the phosphor in the surface of the light transparent advertising body, by which the synthetic resin sunshade is irradiated with light and the light transparent advertising body is made to emit fluorescent light. The construction cost, maintenance cost and electric power consumption are reduced in this way.
