To obtain a spray detergent excellent esp. in cleaning ink, paste, flux, an oil or fat, and an adhesive by using a solvent selected from among oxygen-contg. solvents and hydrocarbon solvents, and having specified solubility parameter (an SP value) and b.p. as the effective cleaning component and by filling the solvent together with a propellant into a container (an aerosol can).
The oxygen contg. solvent or hydrocarbon solvent used has an SP value of 7.0-13.0 and a b.p. of 40-300°C. The oxygen-contg. solvent has at least one oxygen-contg. functional group selected from among hydroxyl, ether, carbonyl, and amido groups, pref. examples of the solvent being represented by formulas I to III (wherein R1 is a 1-4C alkyl or an acyl; R2 is a 1-4C alkyl, acyl, or H; R3 is a 1-4C alkyl or H; R4 is a 1-4C alkyl; R5 is a 1-8C alkyl; (m) is 1-3; and (n) is 2-4). Paraffinic hydrocarbons and nonarom. hydrocarbons are listed as the hydrocarbon solvent.
