To provide an affixing tool for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, which requires a single hand operation to draw out the adhesive tape, affixing a required length, and cut it thereafter.

A case 1 accommodates a tape roll 2 wound from a pressuresensitive adhesive tape 3 and is equipped with a drawout hole 16 to draw the tape 3 to the outside and a cutting blade 17 located on the outside of the hole 16. A swing lever 4 is borne by a center shaft 9, presses a slide pressing part 12 for affixation of the tape 3 in slide pressing and a pressure receiving part 15 when cutting is to be made after affixation, and pinches the adhesive tape interposed in between. At the same time, the slide pressing part 12 approaches the cutting blade 17, with which the tape 3 is contacted, and the cutting is conducted upon tilting the tape affixing tool forward.
