Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the thermal deterioration of the characteristics of a high frequency component in the surroundings when an ageing test is performed at high temp. while a high frequency signal is applied.
CONSTITUTION: An iron/nickel/cobalt alloy 7 low in heat conductivity is attached to a high frequency jig 1 and a sample 6 is placed on the alloy 7. By this method the sample 6 is held at high temp. without directly radiating the self- generated heat of the sample 6 to the high frequency jig. Since the high frequency jig 1, an input tuner and an output tuner do not become high temp., the deterioration of the characteristics of the respective components due to heat can be prevented.
