Abstract:
To provide an oral preparation based on a liver function-ameliorating material aggressively reducing GOT and GPT in the blood, and useful for treatment and prevention of various kinds of diseases.
The oil and fat composition or the food for ameliorating the liver function, containing the agent for ameliorating the liver function, containing 4-15 wt.% S2U-type triglyceride as an active ingredient in the oil and fat is obtained. In the formula, S is a 20-24C saturated fatty acid residue, and U is a 16C unsaturated fatty acid residue. The S is preferably a behenic acid residue, and U is preferably an oleic acid residue.
