Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an agent by which a larger amount of harmful components such as silane has been removed hereto fore and an agent which can detect the occurrence, etc., of the harmful components.
CONSTITUTION: An agent contains copper hydroxide as a main active component and at least one of a group consisting of beryllium, magnesium, vanadium, molybdenum, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, boron, aluminum, silicon, lead, antimony, and bismuth or their compound as a stabilizer.
