Abstract:
To provide an agglomerate crushing simulation method and an agitation blade used therefor for highly accurately associating an actual machine and a testing agitation device.SOLUTION: In an agglomerate crushing simulation method for determining optimal crushing force by evaluating agglomerate crushing capacity of an actual machine by a simulation of using a Labo machine (99) corresponding to the actual machine, shear strain velocity is determined by setting a high shear area in the surface vicinity of an agitation blade of the actual machine, and a shape and a rotational speed of the agitation blade (10) of the Labo machine (99) are set with its shear strain velocity as a target, and the actual machine and the Labo machine (99) are associated by using the shear strain velocity as a crushing force index. Two kinds or more of agitation blades (10) are convertibly used for the Labo machine (99), and round bars (11-14) of the first agitation blade (10) or square bars of the second agitation blade are set at a clearance so as to become higher by 2-10 mm than a boss bottom part (95), and the boss bottom part (95) is constituted so as to have the clearance of 5 mm or more than a tank bottom (96).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
