Abstract:
To provide: an aging condition setting method for setting an optimum aging condition; an aging method for executing aging by the aging condition set by the setting method; and a display device subjected to aging by the aging method.
The setting method of an aging condition for a display element structured by holding a photoactive layer to be held between a pair of electrodes, is characterized in that the temporal change of luminance in driving the display element by a constant current is measured, the measurement result is fitted by a curve to find its changing point t0, and the elapsed time corresponding to the changing point t0 is set as an aging period.
