This agitation mixer 10 has a casing 12 in which fluid flows, and the agitation body 15 disposed in the casing 12 and connected to a vibrating rotation source. The rotating vibration source comprises a rotation source and a vibration source. The rotation source has a first gear 34 connected to a motor 36 to be rotated, a second gear 32 engaged with the first gear 34 and rotating in the reverse direction to the first gear 34, and a gear unit 30 in which the second gear 32 is provided on an outer periphery side wall, and a first shaft part 14 is connected to the bottom part. The vibration source has an eccentric cam 50 connected to one end of the a second shaft part 48, a piston part 40 connected to the other end of the second shaft part 48 and mounted in the gear unit 30, and a rotation preventing means provided between the piston part 40 and the gear unit 30, and preventing rotational movement from transmitting to the piston part 40.
