Title:
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57182806
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve efficiency and safety, by connecting the output of a microcomputer to a monitor provided in an agricultural machine, where operations of working devices and work conditions are controlled by the microcomputer, to not only hold conditions optimum but also stop working devices automatically. CONSTITUTION:By one engine, not only a machine is run but also a reaping machine and a handling body for threshing operation are driven. Three stages, namely, stop, backing, and advancing are selected by push-button switches SWN, SWR, and SW1-SW3 of the first information circuit 8 of the engine part, and these conditions are inputted to a CPU 13 of a microcomputer 7. The second information 9 is inputted from a photocoupler 24 to the CPU 13 of the microcomputer 7 by the deceleration of a disc 18 interlocked with the rotation of the handling body. The microcomputer operates both inputs to output results to ANDs A1-A6 of a monitor 12, and solenoids SR and S1-S3 of the first output circuit are energized selectively as required to hold the speed proper. When, for example, three outputs are issued continuously from the OR of the monitor 12, power is turned off by a SW5 to stop the operation. When the operation cannot be controlled, the first output circuit is switched to the second output circuit 11 to operate the machine manually.
