PURPOSE: To eliminate the use of the press oil at the time of forming blades and a casing, and prevent the adhesion of dust by making blades and a casing of the coated steel plate having the soil resistant and low friction surface, of which surface is coated with the resin coating or the like.
CONSTITUTION: In a coated steel plate 8 as the material of blades 1 and a casing 7, a galvanization layer 8b, a chromate layer 8c, a resin coat layer 8d are coated in order on both sides of a steel plate 8a. In an air blower with such a structure, a press oil coating process and a press oil removing process are omitted at the time of manufacturing the blades 1 and the casing 1 by the soil resistance and the low friction of the surface of the coated steel layer 8 to improve the productivity. Furthermore, the surface thereof is smooth to prevent the adhesion of dust, and the air blowing performance is maintained easily.
