Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the cleaning of air in a space such as the inside of a room or the like and the efficient humidification of air in the whole of a space such as the inside of a room or the like.
SOLUTION: An air cleaner equipped with a humidifier is provided with an air suction port 1, an air discharging port 2, an air cleaning filter 4 as well as a ventilating device 5, which are arranged in a duct 3 from the air suction port 1 to the air discharging port 2, a steam generating device 6, a steam discharging port 7, a steam passage 8 for sending steam generated in the steam generating device 6 to the steam discharging port 7 and a mixing means for mixing the steam generated in the steam generating device 6 into the air cleaned in the air cleaning filter 4.
