Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner having a structure at a low cost, capable of knowing the presence or absence of an air filter in the cleaner comprising an air cleaner body 1 in a simple manner, a maintenance opening/closing cover 2, an air filter 3 capable of being removed when the cover 2 is opened, a safety switch 4 provided at the body 1 to turn a current supply on and off, and a switch presser 2a for turning the switch 4 on and off at the cover 2.
SOLUTION: The air cleaner comprises a switch interposing unit 3a at the filter 3, and the safety switch 4 is turned on or off by a switch presser 2a via the unit 3a.
